[Studio general]

 

■Do I need to make a reservation?

→Yes, we require reservations.

Reservations can be made via our online reservation form.

 

■Is there parking?

→We do not have parking at the studio.

There are parking lots affiliated with BIG STEP and Daimaru nearby.

 

■How long before your reservation time can I enter the studio?

→We do not have a waiting area, and we are closed to the public, so we ask that you please arrive at your reserved time.

■Can I bring in my own costumes and accessories?

→Yes, you can. Please bring your favorite costumes and accessories. (Please refrain from bringing soap bubbles.)

 

■Can I bring in a smash cake?

→You may bring your own.

If you do bring one, please prepare a sheet to put underneath and wet wipes. Please set up and clean up within your reserved time.

■Is there a shrine near the studio where children can visit for shrine visits or Shichigosan?

→ Namba Shrine is a 15-minute walk from the studio.

 

■Can I go out wearing the rental costumes from the studio?

→ The costumes from the studio are for photo shoots only and cannot be worn outside.

 

■How do I pay?

→You can pay by cash or credit card. (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, DISCOVER, Apple Pay, iD, QUICPay, Suica, PASMO, ICOCA, etc.)

[About the self-photo plan]

 

■Can I take photos with a single-lens reflex camera?

→Yes, you can.

 

■Can I take photos at any booth?

→You can take photos at any booth within the time limit. Take photos wherever you like.

 

■I would like to take family photos with the self-photo plan. Can you take photos for me?

→A staff member will take the shutter for family photos, so please feel free to ask us.

 

■Can I bring a photographer?

→Yes, that's fine. Please come with us.

[About our photographer photography plans]

 

■Can I take photos with my own video or camera?

→You can take photos with your smartphone. Please refrain from taking photos with digital cameras or SLR cameras.

 

■How long will it take for the photos to be ready? (Delivery)

→It will take about three weeks.

After editing, we will send you a URL containing your photos to the email address you provided, so you can download them to your device from there. Photos can be developed up to about A4 size.

[Regarding cancellations and date/time changes]

 

■Can I cancel or change the date?

→Please contact us at least 4 days in advance if you wish to cancel your reservation.

We will accept changes if your child is unwell or there are other unavoidable circumstances. Please make a new reservation by 9am on the day of your reservation and write this in the comments section.

*If you repeatedly cancel or change the reservation at the last minute, we will not be able to accept your next reservation.

(Example: Change from XX month, etc. We will cancel your first reservation, so there is no need to contact us again.)

・Cancellation without permission or on the day → 100%
